GFCF Rise and Shine Breakfast Smoothie

This is truly a breakfast in a glass. The peanut butter, banana and granola all make it very filling and the fruit makes it refreshing.


GFCF Rise and Shine Breakfast Smoothie
1 c. hemp or rice milk (hemp gives a much creamier consistency)
1tsp-1 Tbsp peanut butter (the amount depends on your personal taste)
3 T. GF granola Click here for my recipe or use your own
1 banana
1/2 c. fresh or frozen berries (I use mixed frozen berries)
3/4 c. ice

Combine in your blender till smooooooth.
