This party was a relatively short one. I got out the grinder and between trips taking my kids to school I ground all the flour I need for the next 3 months as well as made pancake and waffle mix, 12 bread mixes, 8 flatbread mixes, and refilled all of the containers in my kitchen. I guess things do get easier as you do them more. Honestly I have been dreading this day and it wasn't bad at all. I finally got to listen to all my David Archuleta songs with the ipod turned up all the way!

Wow! You grind your own flour- very impressive. I have "flour blend mixing day"- it usually sneaks up on me until all of a sudden I'm out of something and have to mix up a new batch, or three. :) I have nice labels on my flours, too. It's so helpful!
