I love to cook and I love good food. In 2007 I began a new approach to solving various health problems by giving up gluten, dairy, and soy. I am currently experimenting with grain and lactose free recipe as well as using only honey as a sweetener. Many of my recipes are primal or paleo and many fit the Specific Carbohydrate guidelines as well as being gluten free. This blog is about the life I have been fortunate enough to have found after healing. I try to maintain a healthy balance and live each day to the fullest!
