GF Buttermilk Biscuits



These are the best biscuits I have found yet! They are the white and fluffy kind, not really nutritious but great with sausage gravy!




The recipe is from Recipe Zaar:






I used the buttermilk powder and had no problems with it, I substitued earth balance for the butter. I also used a large cookie scoop and just plopped them on a pizza stone to cook. This one's a keeper!
